This place is actually amazing. It has a Roof-top Patio, over a Three-Story house, on a one-story Garage, on a 20 by 20 lot, 4 blocks from the Beach . . . Overlooking State Street – and it’s 1/2 block off of State Street.

The Owners Sue and Neil Alblitt built it as something they could leave to their children. It’s actually quite a wonder – such a small place that houses all you really need to live in Santa Barbara.
